Impeding Our Progress

Every believer desires to grow in Christ, become more effective in ministry, and move forward spiritually. Yet many Christians find themselves stalled in their walk with God. The problem is often not a lack of opportunity or knowledge, but the presence of attitudes and behaviors that hinder spiritual progress. In Philippians 2:14-15, Paul identifies two obstacles that can derail a believer's growth: complaining and arguing. These attitudes not only damage our testimony but also prevent us from becoming the shining lights God intends us to be in a dark world.
