Personal Holiness

As believers, we are called to be different from the world around us. Holiness is not merely a list of rules or outward behaviors—it is a life set apart for God's purposes. Peter wrote to Christians who were scattered throughout a hostile world, reminding them that their identity in Christ should shape the way they live. Because God is holy, His people are called to pursue holiness in their thoughts, attitudes, words, and actions. Personal holiness is not about earning God's favor but reflecting the character of the God who has saved us.
