People of Prayer

Psalm 100 is often recognized as a psalm of praise and thanksgiving, but at its heart is a picture of people who are intentionally entering the presence of God. Prayer is more than presenting requests—it is approaching God with worship, gratitude, humility, and confidence. As God's people, we are called to be people of prayer who regularly enter His presence, acknowledge His greatness, and depend upon Him in every area of life. This psalm teaches us the attitude and perspective that should characterize those who seek the Lord.
