The Fruit of Humility

Jun 7, 2026    Elijah Thomas

Humility is one of the most admired qualities in Scripture and one of the most difficult virtues to cultivate. While the world often celebrates self-promotion, recognition, and personal achievement, God calls His people to a different path. In Philippians 2, Paul urges believers to live in unity by putting others before themselves and then points to Jesus Christ as the ultimate example of humility. Christ willingly left the glory of heaven, took upon Himself the form of a servant, and humbled Himself unto death on the cross. His example teaches us that humility is not weakness—it is strength surrendered to God's will.

This passage reveals that humility produces powerful fruit in the life of a believer and brings glory to God.
