Elijah Thomas
Elijah Thomas is currently studying Pastoral Ministries at New England Baptist College and is serving this summer as an intern under Pastor Bateman. Through this internship, Elijah is gaining valuable hands-on ministry experience while continuing to grow in his calling to serve the Lord.
Having grown up at Open Door Baptist Church, Elijah has a deep connection to our church family and a genuine desire to serve wherever needed. Throughout the summer, he will be assisting Ben Bateman with various pastoral responsibilities, helping lead Kids Club on Wednesday evenings, and will occasionally have the opportunity to preach and share God's Word with the congregation.
Elijah has a heart for people and is eager to build relationships within our church family. If you see him around campus, be sure to introduce yourself! He would love the opportunity to get to know you better, hear your story, and fellowship together as he continues to learn and grow in ministry.
