Inspirations
Exalt the Son — Bringing Glory to God
As a church, we desire that in everything that we do God is glorified, and that we raise the opinion of God in the eyes of all who are associated with our ministry. “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31)
Edify the Saints — Building up the Church
Our church desires to strengthen believers by encouraging one another in our walk with Christ. In Ephesians 4:11-16, we find that Christ gave to the church leaders who are to edify the church and then train them to the point that the church is capable of edifying one another.
Evangelizing the Sinner — Preaching of the Gospel
Matthew 28 and Acts 1 give to the church our mission: to bring the good news of the Gospel to the lost sinner. Our God and Savior is “not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).” As a church, we want to be faithful in preaching the good news so that all within our community are given the opportunity to come to Jesus Christ to be saved.
Educating our Sons and Daughters — Teaching the Next Generation
The Lord Jesus in His final command in Matthew 28:19-20 tells us that we are to teach new believers to “observe all things that I have commanded thee.” Our desire is to ensure that all believers are properly instructed in the truth with a particular burden to see the truth transferred to the next generation. This is what we commonly refer to as discipleship.
Entreat the Savior — Praying for the Needs of Men
From a human perspective, things around us seem hopeless. Yet in Mark 10:27 we read “With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.” What a privilege is given to the church to gather together and to pray together. We have the opportunity to bear one another’s burdens and to intercede for others who need the Lord.

Growing in Grace — Deepening our relationship with God
Every ministry of our church is focused on helping every believer grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We want to ensure that all will know God better through their time in our ministry. “But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.” (2 Peter 3:18)
Grounded in Truth — Strengthening our core beliefs
The deeper a plant’s roots, the stronger the plant. It will be able to stand in the midst of the storms. We desire that every believer be given a firm foundation upon which to build their lives and family, not tossed to and fro by every wind and doctrine of man, but firmly established in faith. “Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.” (Colossians 2:7)
Going in Love — Witnessing to our community
God has called His church to be ambassadors for Him, to take the good news of the Gospel with us wherever we go. We desire to be used by God to see many others come to know and love the Savior as we do. “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (Matthew 28:19–20)
