The Autobiography of the Apostles of Grace

Nov 12, 2023    Pastor Jeffrey Bateman

The Apostle Paul is one of the most influential figures in the history of Christianity, but his story did not begin as a missionary, pastor, or church planter. Before his conversion, Paul was Saul of Tarsus—a fierce persecutor of the church who sought to destroy the very faith he would later preach. In Galatians 1, Paul shares part of his personal testimony to demonstrate that the Gospel he proclaimed did not originate with man but with God. His life serves as a powerful testimony to the transforming power of God's grace. If God could save and use Saul, He can save and use anyone.

This passage reminds us that God's grace is greater than our past and His calling is greater than our failures.
